  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that goods that have been ordered can be delivered and that they will fit through and openings to the room of your choice.
  • In the event a delivery takes place and our drivers cannot gain access to the desired room the purchase will be left at the front door.
  • The delivery team are not responsible for any damage to your property where they cannot easily access the room of your choice.
  • You must ensure that access is clear and obstacles removed.
  • It is important that you are aware that you have a duty of care to the drivers and their health and safety on your property is your responsibility.
  • Our drivers are very careful; however, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage to your property whilst delivering your goods or any damage to the purchase on site.
  • The drivers will call you when they have a more accurate estimated delivery time.
  • If the team find that you are not in and no arrangements have been made for the receipt of your goods we will return the items to the warehouse.
  • A further delivery charge will be applied and another delivery slot will need to be booked.
  • All items must be checked by the buyer before signing the delivery note.
  • If any fault or damage is detected, this must be written on the delivery note.
  • Once goods have been accepted and signed for, we cannot accept claims for goods damaged in transit if you have not indicated damage on the delivery note.
  • All our products have a minimum of 12 months manufacturer’s warranty.
  • This is against manufacturing faults and failures and does not cover wear and tear, accidental or intentional damage, pet damage, or misuse. Our warranty does not extend to fibre cushion fillings or seats.
  • Fibre cushions need regular “plumping” and turning to extend their life.
